Loch Tay SteadingProject Info
This substantial, but delapidated, stone built steading is located on the southern slopes of Ben Lawers, with views down the length of Loch Tay.
The proposals accommodate four bedrooms located on the northern half of the building, with a series of grand, double-height living spaces occupying the south facing portion. The existing triple-roofed form is retained, but given a new, blue zinc finish. A tall, glazed screen defines the entrance from the forecourt, with a hallway linking through to the public rooms. Large glazed openings maximise the outlook to the spectacular scenery.
