We are delighted to have obtained planning permission for a new residential development on a site near Blairlogie, east of Stirling, immediately below the dramatic slopes of the Ochil Hills, on the flat pasture land to the north of the River Forth.

A traditional farmhouse is located on the east side of the site and this is to be retained and restored. This farmhouse and the new detached and semi-detached houses are organised around a central, communal space, reflecting the traditional steading arrangement commonly found in the area. The aim is to create a coherent building group with the external finishes in white render, dark coloured pitched roofs punctuated by strong, vertical chimney elements.
